Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our family. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. Here I share my life- both highs and lows as well as everything between. My journey in to America with my parents and brother in 1990, when I was one and a half years older. I wouldn't be today sharing my experiences with you if it weren't for the fact that my parents love perseverance and sacrifice. For the sake of giving them a chance at a more prosperous future, I focused upon success and tried my best to attain it. My life was set out: I would attend university, find an employment in a company, marry and buy the house. The life I had planned for myself wasn't what it was. In 2013 I found myself fearful of going to work. job the money and status was not bringing me joyIt was like I was wasting my life off to make a buck when I realized that I was destined to do more. 2013 was the year I discovered my love was working out. Also, I loved sharing my experiences with others and was always willing to give back to others. That led me to an entirely new direction and into the world of personal training. My company was founded in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. Being an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few of our kind. As a coach, my goal is to inspire others and help them lead a an active and healthy life by designing sustainable, healthy and happy lifestyles tailored to the individual's wants and needs. Also, I want to motivate others to follow their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. The death of my mother in the midst of my career began to gain momentum it caused me to experience the most devastating loss of my entire life. Her battle for 8 years with scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. She will forever be in my heart and thoughts. It is true that life has a way with giving us exactly what we need even when we're unable to grasp the lessons at the moment. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I am convinced that my Mom gave me another chance to be alive through her passing. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new journey and allow me to have my second chance at living happily, content and purposeful life. The 30's are the only that I truly feel like that I'm alive. My personal life experiences are shared with you so that I can share with you my experiences and words. This will help you know you're not alone. It is possible to achieve whatever you want to do if put your mind to the task. Therapy is both natural and important. Health is one of the best riches. As death is all there is in this world, I hope you enjoy your life and die without regrets.
